Most Birmingham family cases are heard at the Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Centre, Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS. We also support hearings at the family courts in Wolverhampton and Coventry, and in other surrounding West Midlands cities and towns. The Birmingham court is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The closest multi-storey car parks are on Newton Street and Albert Street, about 5 minutes’ walk away. The court has wheelchair access and lifts to all floors.
