    MCKENZIE FRIEND

    Preenay Chohan

Preenay Chohan is a Birmingham based McKenzie Friend and founder of McKenzie Friend Services Ltd. Since 2016, he has helped parents across England and Wales prepare for family court. That includes C100, Form E, C79 and FL401 paperwork, witness and position statements, and support at hearings. He represented himself in his own child arrangements case and secured 50/50 shared care, so he knows what you’re facing.

    What We can do

Explain the process, prepare forms, statements, chronologies and bundles, help you plan what to say, come to court with you, take notes and quietly advise.

    What We can't do

We're not solicitors and can't run your case as your legal representative. We can only speak in court if the judge gives permission. You stay in charge of your case.

    London family courts we cover

It depends on where you live and the type of case. Your court papers name the court. Send them to us and we’ll confirm it.
